This was my first trip to anywhere in 2 years because of COVID and I really didn't want to take a long flight to Vegas yet. I'm not used to this kind of horrible unprofessional treatment when I go somewhere to gamble. This time she says "I don't have a room for YOU." So I took that to mean that she had rooms for anyone else but she wasn't going to give me one. After playing for 12 hours I figured I would ask for another host again and who do I get yes you guessed it, the same obnoxious woman again as they only have one host. All this place had was a food court so there wasn't even a place to have a meal at either. I have never paid for a room or food and beverage at any place I have ever gone to gamble at. Totally ludicrous as the very first time I went to Vegas many years ago my play was rated and my room in addition to my meals were comped. Their "host" was a rude women who was totally unprofessional and seems to think that a big player shouldn't be comped a room or anything for that matter if it's their first time playing there. He politely responded by summoning a host. After playing craps for several hours I told the pit boss that I would need a room for a couple of days. I flew to Atlanta and rented a car to drive the 130 miles to this casino.
